Winter Build Event: Winners!

The results are in! There were a total of 5 submissions and 8 participants in this competition. One player was disqualified, so there were only 4 submissions that were judged.

The winner!

Spoiler: 1st Place

First place goes to @ExtraaLifee , with his build titled "Christmas in Ruins."

Christmas in Ruins was the top rated submission when all of the judges scores were averaged together. It scored an average of 7.88/10!

@ExtraaLifee never disappoints in these events. This build was both unique and very visually appealing! The statue and the story are my favorite parts of this build. Check the spoiler for the story if you missed it!

Story:
In a different universe, a once thriving empire, harnessed magic from nature and were able to have the ability of levitation, the leaders of the empire became very fond of the magic and continued to use it recklessly, they were ignorant of its destructive capability, finally a time came where there was too much of the magic and generated a shock wave that destroyed the city and the people in it, a few years later the ruins still remain and people from afar come to visit the ruins and celebrate Christmas within it.

Second place!

Spoiler: 2nd place

Second place goes to @DIMISS and @xMetu with their build titled "Santa's Factory".

Santa's Factory scored an average of 6.56/10 among the judges.


I really like the detail put into the environment in @DIMISS and @xMetu's build. Everything from the snow to the sleigh is carefully placed and looks nice. It makes you feel more like you are at the North Pole! Good job guys and congrats on 2nd place!

Third place!

Spoiler: 3rd place

Third place goes to @Mezzmeral, @YGLW and @Battlemage-Poi with their build titled "House of Santa."

House of Santa received an average score of 6.48/10.

This build is more than just a big building in the North Pole- it's a magical Christmas present factory. Santa has a house outside of it where a fun CO-OP minecart ride can be found. This build took a classic idea and executed it beautifully! The interior is very detailed and even has some nostalgia on the presents under the tree. Nice job guys.
