As the title says, my time has come, i will be resigning from the staff team. The reason is simple: Life. I have recently started working and it has eaten all of my free time, when i do manage to get some time off i'm all achy and out of energy to do anything, leaving me with a very small amount of time to do my duties on the server, as some of you may have noticed. But enough about me and being an old man, lets talk about my time being around as staff on the server! Now, the start of my time on the server can all still be found in my original Helper Application (I would link it but searching my name in google has it as the first thing that comes up and im lazy unique names ftw) so instead we shall begin once i was officially a staff member. It all started off back when Trusted existed (Shoutout to Trusted Gang), in the good old days of Pre-Discord, after a fair amount of time helping around with what little i had, our good man Ender_AB approached me and offered the role of Trial Helper, of course i accepted the position and got to helping out the best i could. The team were (And still are) extremely friendly and helpful, giving me advice and helping me out with situations i had no experience in handling, ranging from some good ol' Sapling theft to much more heated and harassment levels of arguments. Shortly after being promoted to Helper, i ended up staffing around on Factions after having multiple reports on a certain someone (You know who you are) being a very naughty individual. After a while of mixing Factions and Survival i became a Trial mod, which started the period of me being the Global staff who lived in Factions (Around the time i got recruited into Autists). And then before i knew it, Mod status hit me. This is where things changed me, neither for the worse but not really for the better as well. With more to handle and look out for, i ended up becoming what i went against, a very strict and somewhat douchey staff member, luckily i corrected this behavior fairly quickly, but it somewhat branded me as the man im known as today. After a good over a year period, i was actually offered a higher position on the staff team, but due to time limitations with College and everything, i declined. The people in those positions i look up to, having the time and dedication aswell as the knowledge and experience to be able to handle said role is commendable. Looking back through the years, even though i have had some issues with certain members of the team, we all worked it out over time, so i leave with no bad grudges against anyone (Except Billy for blowing up my factions room that one time) Staff Story over, my history with the community as a staff member has been an amazing one. I've been able to be myself with everyone and got along with everyone (Even with some ups and downs) for both the Factions and Survival communities, it may not have seemed like it at times, but i have genuinely loved every moment i have spent with the people of this community, be it as my time as a player AND as a staff member, and everything inbetween. I will still be sticking around on Discord every now and then, but as stated before my activity is limited due to life being life so i might not be too active on the chats, but if anyone ever needs me feel free to send me a DM, i usually respond whenever im free. Its been a great one, i look forward to seeing how the server excells in the future!

I can confidently say on behalf of the server thank you for being such a great staff and pushing forward and showing people what an idyllic staff looks like. I am quite certain that people will still think of you as an idealistic staff and use you as an example in the future to improve themselves as you do.
