Username: _PyroX I was accused by Billy of hacking and I refused to screen share because I am not down to screen share with a stranger I met on Minecraft. But his reason for thinking I was hacking was that I dug down to chests. I found these chests because THEY WERE CLAIMED BY MY FACTION, me to be exact. And I can remember where I built my base. So I am asking to be unbanned. If that is not possible because I didn't screen share then I ask that my ban time is decreased because I was accused of hacking for one of the dumbest reasons. And I apologize if there is an actual place to ban appeal, I could not find it. Thank you for your time.
You didn't decide to screenshare to prove your innocence after you dug down so you obviously had some type of hack. I then further asked you if you did have any and I expected you to say, "Yes, but I don't use it on here." but you said you don't have any... So you refusing to screenshare plus you have a history of hacking kind of lit a lightbulb that you were hacking. AND THEN you went on an alt and started playing again which violates the rules since you were ban evading and alting. You obviously knew there would be a punishment since I confronted you and you said something along the lines of "So what." Sorry bud. I'm keeping you banned.
You did not ask me if I owned any hacked clients you straight up just said "Screenshare or ban". And its pretty Absurd how you can just go up to random players and do that, I do not know about other people but I am not comfortable with sharing my screen with a random stranger. And even If I was hacking I was not harming any other players I was digging down to my own base and its a 30 day ban? You might as well perm ban me.
Dude it's in the rules, by refusing to screen share with a staff member you are admitting to the offence by not proving your innocence. Basically, you need evidence to say that you are innocent, and the fact that you refused to procure any means that there is none, which means you're guilty. .-. Take the ban
Hacks has been bumped up to 14 days now... I didn't even say "Screenshare or ban." I asked you to screenshare. After you did not respond, I replied back with, "If you log out or do not respond, you'll be banned." Then I told you if you decline you will be banned. After talking about screenshare, you said "well then ban me." so I just did what you said to do since you declined the offer to prove you weren't hacking. Not my fault you decided to decline. Well I observed you digging down to a chest so it obviously looked like x-ray. I could of banned you on the spot but I asked you to screenshare so be glad I gave you a chance. Sadly you had to waste it by declining and saying you weren't x-raying with no proof. Plus you had a history of being banned before so that hit off a red flag that you probably are hacking.
Also guys, _PyroX isn't innocent. Look at the bans page, he was banned for the SAME reason (X-Raying) by Kyle a short time ago. One staff may make a singular mistake, but when multiple staff have punished him for the same reason, you can see that Billy has been within his rights. I doubt that Billy banned him on that assumption from the bans page, but on the fact that he was acting suspicious and his actions were most likely not as legitimate as he claims they were to be. Just leave this thread alone. Who are you? You're definitely not even capable of doing better than he is as mod, and your opinion is based on a lying hacker's claim. Good work- mate.
The rules are rules... You join a server it has rules. Like Terms and conditions, every server has rules. This server may have different rules to other servers. Just because you don't want to share your screen with a stranger on the internet does not make you an excuse for breaching the rules. You joined this server, you play by the rules. And if you break the rules obviously there WILL be consequences. Why would there be rules if you can just make an excuse to weasel your way out? Billy gave you a chance to prove your innocence... and you backed that offer down. So what do you expect?
Its not absurd that you feel not comfortable while sharing screen doesnt cares the screen they don't wanna take risks
