Hey there,
So, from what I hear, you joined a party, spammed for 30 secs, and left. This is, as the /rules section states, a troll, and a level 1 offence, since the party was joined for spam. The rules state that a ban for that can go from a warning to a 10d ban. So, the staff present (won't tag but Billy) believed that a 3-day ban is warranted, probably because you might have had a previous offence (Warning, 1d ban, etc). However, due to the fact that the party disbanded, the severity increased, to a 5d ban. In my opinion, that does not make sense. Now, I'm probably going to miss some points here, but Cp could not have known or expected the party to disband. In hindsight, yes, disbanding is a quick and easy way to remove spam. But, spam can not cause immediate harm unless racist/phobic/threatening/sexist, etc. The server has name detection, so /partykick cp would have solved the problem, as well as anyone possibly otherwise present, would have sufficed. A three-day ban seems like a more fair punishment, even less, maybe, I'm not sure, I don't know the full story. All in all, a punishment is in line with the rules, but 5 days of ban is probably too much.

Don't understand why you felt the need to disturb the peace in their party, getting punished was bound to happen. Dimi, Tan, Ena, Ray and Pana are nice people, I feel bad for them. Rookie move, Cp.

I'm gonna give my opinion on what's happening right now, I keep asking you guys to simply ignore each other and lives on your sides, leave the chat clean please. It pisses me off so much when you people fighting on chat, it becomes very toxic quickly.. dreadful. And you, instead you have decided to come into party and and bring it there? As if main chat wasn't enough.. You also should've thought about those people that are in the party and ally party who have absolutely nothing to do in this fight. I am sorry but I see these 5 days as 5 days of some peace and my initial answer here would've been -1 if it wasn't for lock down, which is the only reason I'll be neutral this time as you might not have many things you'd love to do during this time.

Couldn't they just kick you out of the party? Idk if the rules changed but i don'y remember them applying in party chat

Pls dont include me in this, I never commented your mother or anyone you love. To be specific i was not even talking when that happened. I just saw a bunch of kids raiding my party spamming "walrusgang? More like walrusbang your mom", "yaaaa guys and hackers" and more. Even when the party leader kicked you, cold and ADG kept joining to spam. I'll agree with hinazuki and I'll tell you to ignore anyone who makes you feel bad or mentally disturbs you. You have to understand that what you did was immature and annoyed people that didn't have to do anything with your "beef". Saying "I personally had no intention of causing harm of a party" is more of a bad excuse, we all know your intentions were to **annoy** {aka cause harm/troll}. Finally, I do believe in second chances, but I'll stay neutral considering what you did affected people that did not have any relation with you or your party. I'd like this to end here.

U are wrong here cp no one of my party and thunder's said something about ur family or about your mother, it was a random guy who said something about your mother . Why did u joined on my party and starting spamming ? , u dont even know who said that, just joining in other's ppl party and start spamming?

Neutral just like zoom raids. Some people get mad or annoyed while others find amusement. Worse things could have happened with this exploit/loophole, I think a good thing that came out from this was that it fixed a security issue.
Most of cp's party are minors anyway so I personally can't take what they did seriously. It's like when my niece or nephew does something stupid irl. But of course we are all behind our computers which makes us all treat each other differently than we would if we were face to face irl.

In my opinion it doesn't really need an appeal, you did a stupid thing and got a small ban to remind you to stay within the rules.
It is only 5 days, and just because it's lockdown does not make you void of the rules. If everyone who got banned made an appeal saying "pls im bored in lockdown and I cant go 5 days without minecraft" then there would be no point banning people.

I understand being inside all day is hard but if you really can't go 5 days without CC, surely thats a bit of a wake up call on your part that your life shouldn't revolve so much around a game that can be taken away so easily? Atleast thats how I see it.
